A program can be tailored for groups and individuals at all levels and incorporates opportunities for reflection on practice, application, goal setting and resource sharing. It can also promote the development of ‘champions’ in an approach, who can then take over peer supervision and ongoing implementation of the approach in a service. Contact us to discuss how we can best meet your supervision needs.
Please note, for some of our training it is recommended to access supervision afterwards in order to safely and competently deliver an approach and to integrate it into regular practice. The evidence for Motivational Interviewing shows it is best integrated when learning is continued following training via a range of means such as peer interest / supervision groups, expert coaching / training, evaluation / feedback on MI sessions.
